Wellness Centre
The Kidron Bethel Village Wellness Centre offers safe, supervised land and water exercise programs. The Wellness Centre is equipped is with the following:
  • Exercise pool equipped with a lift for those who have difficulty entering and exiting the pool
  • Hot tub
  • Exercise room
  • Fitness equipment, including a treadmill, Nu-step recumbent bike, ab/back weight machine
  • Restrooms and showers.

The Wellness Centre may by used by residents of Kidron Bethel Village at no additional charge. For North Newton, Newton, and other area residents, there are two payment options--a monthly membership for $28.00 or attendance card membership (10 visits in 6 months or less) for $28.00. Members may exercise or swim independently during designated times or may participate in the following classes:
  • Water Aerobics
  • Lap Swim
  • Arthritis Foundation Aquatic Exercise Program
  • Water Volleyball
  • Strength Training

The Wellness Centre offers free blood pressure checks each month, fitness assessments, educational programs, and special classes.

Wellness Centre hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and evenings and weekends as scheduled. Contact Wellness Centre Director, at 316-284-2900, extension 243.
